What data is collected and why?

1. Contact form

When you fill in the contact form on the Site, Noa Noa Pearls and Gems collects the following data:

• Phone number (optional)
• Type of piece requested
• Free message

Purpose: to respond to your enquiry or bespoke creation request.

Retention period: 3 years from the last contact.

2. Browsing data

When you visit the Site, technical data is automatically collected by the hosting server (IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time of connection).
Purpose: security and proper functioning of the Site.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Retention period: 12 months.

3. Google Fonts

The Site uses the Google Fonts service (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States) to display typefaces. This service involves the transfer of your IP address to Google servers located outside the European Union. This transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
